Location: Greenville, North Carolina (In Office)

We're looking for an experienced, licensed Property & Casualty Account Manager who enjoys taking exceptional care of clients and wants to become an important part of our future.

This is an in-office position where you'll work alongside an experienced team that values professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities 
  • Manage an assigned book of Personal and Commercial Lines business.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Process endorsements, renewals, policy changes, certificates, and evidence of insurance.
  • Remarket accounts when appropriate.
  • Review coverage with clients and identify protection gaps.
  • Coordinate directly with insurance carriers.
  • Assist producers with new business and renewals.
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate agency management system documentation.
  • Deliver prompt, professional customer service. Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies and service all claims.
Qualifications
  • Required:

    • Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License
    • Minimum 3 years of independent agency experience preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Professional appearance and attitude
