🌟 About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Workforce Development Specialist to help grow InsurAcademy's Agent Development Program (ADP) across North Carolina, our growing network of partner states, and independent insurance agencies nationwide.
💰 Compensation
Competitive base salary of $50,000 plus performance-based commissions. Successful team members who achieve annual growth goals can earn total compensation of $90,000–$100,000.

You'll build meaningful relationships, uncover workforce development opportunities, demonstrate innovative training solutions, and help agencies strengthen their businesses while driving recurring revenue growth for InsurAcademy.

🛠️ What You'll Do
Drive Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns
- Build relationships with agency owners, managers, and emerging leaders
- Identify workforce development, recruiting, onboarding, and retention challenges
- Present InsurAcademy's workforce development solutions
- Generate qualified meetings, product demonstrations, and sales opportunities
- Achieve recurring revenue and agency growth goals
Manage Your Sales Pipeline
- Maintain all prospect and customer activity within HubSpot CRM
- Follow up on leads generated through webinars, conferences, referrals, free courses, marketing campaigns, and partner state associations
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent outreach
- Track key performance metrics including meetings, proposals, opportunities, and closed business
✅ What You Bring
- 3+ years of business development, sales, account management, or client relationship experience
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Bonus Points For:
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience working with independent insurance agencies
- Knowledge of agency operations, recruiting, onboarding, or professional development
- HubSpot experience
- Passion for helping businesses solve workforce challenges
