About the Role: Join our growing team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, serving as the service contact for small business and middle market accounts. You'll manage the full policy cycle — renewal prep, remarketing, coverage analysis, and claims advocacy — while partnering closely with producers to retain and grow relationships.
What You'll Do

Manage a book of commercial accounts (GL, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella) with a focus on high-touch service and strong retention

Lead renewals end-to-end: marketing to carriers, negotiating terms, and presenting coverage recommendations

Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities to support account growth

Translate complex policy language into clear, actionable client guidance

Partner with producers on new business, account rounding, and retention strategies

Advocate for clients during claims, coordinating with carriers for timely outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation in agency management systems (QQ Catalyst, AMS360, etc.)
What We're Looking For

3–5 years of commercial lines experience in an independent agency, brokerage, or carrier

Active NC Property & Casualty license

Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and policy forms across multiple lines

Experience with agency management systems (QQ Catalyst, AMS360, or similar)

Clear communicator, highly organized, and able to manage a high-volume load with competing deadlines

Client-first mindset with a proactive service approach
Nice to Have

ACORD forms and carrier portal experience

Familiarity with E&S / non-admitted markets

Industry vertical background (contractors, hospitality, professional services, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $55,000–$75,000 with growth potential

Full-time | Mon–Thu in office, hybrid Fridays
