KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage day to day service for commercial lines clients, including endorsements, certificates, audits, renewals, billing questions, carrier follow up and policy documentation.
* Run and manage upcoming renewal workflows, including reviewing expiring policies, requesting updates, comparing current year policies to prior year policies, identifying missing coverages, assets, named insureds, additional insureds, exclusions, endorsements or other discrepancies.
* Support producers with submissions, applications, supplemental forms, loss runs, proposals, remarketing and renewal strategy.
* Maintain clear documentation in the agency management system and make sure emails, notes, attachments, next steps are associated with correct client file/policy.
* Communicate professionally with business owners, carrier underwriters, wholesalers, finance companies and internal team members.
* Help Creekside build a higher standard commercial servicing model with disciplined workflows and strong E&O prevention habits.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* NC Property & Casualty license.
* Minimum of 5 years Commercial lines insurance agency experience preferred.
* Strong understand of BOP, package, GL, commercial auto, workers compensation, umbrella, inland marine, builders risk and related commercial coverages.
* Experience supporting middle market accounts, contractors, real estate, hospitality, professional services or other commercial business classes.
* Experience with QQ Catalyst, Agency Zoom, Vertafore, Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar systems is helpful.

COMPENSATION:
* Competitive base salary, based on experience. Expected range $70,000-$85,000 for the right candidate.
* Potential performance/retention bonus.
