As a Personal and Commercial Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships for both personal and commercial lines of insurance. This includes working with various carriers such as Erie Insurance, National General, Foremost, Progressive, and ASI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new personal and commercial insurance clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Identify and assess client risks, providing appropriate insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales, specifically in personal and commercial lines.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products and coverages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be licensed in North Carolina; non-resident licenses are a plus.
- Experience with real estate E&O is beneficial.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
