Correll Insurance Group of Hilton Head, SC has an immediate need for a High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager. The High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of high-value personal insurance accounts, focusing on specialized needs and complex risks associated with affluent clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, acting as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related needs.
- Risk Assessment & Coverage Analysis:
Evaluating clients' assets, exposures, and lifestyle to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate insurance coverage, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and specialty policies for valuable assets like jewelry, art, and yachts.
Managing the entire policy lifecycle, including new business placement, policy changes, renewals, and claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Staying current on industry trends, market conditions, and insurance company underwriting guidelines, particularly for high-value and specialty insurance products.
Identifying opportunities to expand coverage with existing clients and acquire new high-net-worth individuals, potentially through cross-selling and upselling.
Providing guidance and support to clients during the claims process, working with claims adjusters to ensure a smooth resolution.
- Documentation & Compliance:
Maintaining accurate client records, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Communication & Collaboration:
Effectively communicating with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams (underwriting, claims, etc.) to deliver exceptional service and seamless experiences.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products, including those designed for high-value assets and complex risks.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills: to build rapport with clients and effectively manage relationships.

Proficiency in insurance management software and systems.

Property & Casualty insurance license.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years' related experience required.
