We’re based in Charlotte, NC, and we’re proud to be deeply connected to the community here.
You’ll start in the office (1973 J.N. Pease Place, Suite 203, Charlotte, NC 28262). We believe the best foundations are built face-to-face, especially when you’re learning our tools, understanding our process, and getting to know the team. After 6 months, once you’ve planted your roots and built momentum, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
Most of your time will be spent out in the field, meeting with business owners, walking job sites, attending local events, and following up with your referral network. You’ll have a North Carolina-wide territory with the opportunity to get licensed in additional states as your book grows.

This role is $50K base draw + commission, and it’s built for someone who’s in it for the long game. You won’t see overnight riches, but what you will see is a steady, sustainable growth trajectory that rewards consistency, relationship-building, and retention.
You’ll build your book over time, and as your renewal base grows, so does your income. We’re looking for someone who understands that value compounds, and that trust built over years is more valuable than any one sale.
