Position Summary:
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly manner, answer phone calls, directing visitors to where they need to be, and answering general questions. Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments or other tasks delegated by the management and executive staff. 
 
Essential Position Functions:
1.)    Greeting Clients and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
2.)    Answering phones, routing calls to appropriate party, and answering general questions.
3.)    Notifying staff of visitors upon arrival. Assisting visitors in navigating the office so they know where they need to go.
4.)    Knowing the staff’s schedules. This involves working with employees & HR/Payroll for most out of office.
5.)    Maintaining the inter-office calendar
6.)    Processing company mail. Placing postage on outgoing mail each day. Sorting incoming mail, stamping all mail as received, and placing it in corresponding inter-company mail boxes.
 
Position Attributes:
Must be an assertive self-starter with a high level of organization and can work both independently or as a team player. Demonstrates good verbal and written skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be able to handle a fast-paced multitasking office environment.
Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
