Job Description
George Chadwick Insurance is seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our growing organization as a Commercial Lines support member. Support provides assistance to an Account Manager by reviewing applications, evaluating risk, creating quotes, and processing new and renewal business. This is the perfect stepping stone into a career as an Account Manager. Get exposure to risk analysis, building relationships, and learn directly from an Account Manager who has walked in your shoes. No insurance experience is required to be successful in this role. George Chadwick Insurance will provide the tools and mentorship to help make you successful in your position.

Responsibilities 
  • Quote and generate new business policies for all lines of commercial business.
  • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication to Account Managers through, verbal and written correspondence.
  • Ensure maximum client retention and generation through relationship building.
  • Assist other Commercial Lines department members where possible when urgent need arises or when co-workers are out of the office.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to prioritize and be responsive to complex issues
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and agency management systems.
  • Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be highly motivated with a positive outgoing personality, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, have a service mentality, and be ready to learn.
