Job Description
The Personal Lines Account Manager at SJ Adams is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling personal and insurance coverage inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism through daily interaction with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting specific service and marketing activities.

Responsibilities 
  •  Identify new opportunities to expand Book of Personal Lines Insurance Accounts
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Clients, insurance carriers, and other vendors to ensure long term consistent business growth
  • Process applications, documents, certificates, reports, etc.
  • Direct marketing activities for Requests for Proposals
  •  Process new business, rewrites and insurance reviews, as well as certificates and other documents 
Qualifications
  •  3+ years’ Personal Lines Insurance experience
  • Current Property and Casualty license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Agency Management Systems and Word
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
