Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist at ACF Insurance & Financial Services is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by servicing both our personal and commercial lines insurance accounts with accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness. This role involves daily interaction with clients, insurance carriers, and team members while supporting retention, policy servicing, and general account management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-ups and ongoing account support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and service requests

  • Service existing personal lines policies, including endorsements, updates, and general policy maintenance

  • Issue certificates and proof of insurance and ensure proper documentation is filed

  • Follow up on policy changes and complete necessary follow-up calls, texts, and emails

  • Assist with retention efforts through reminder calls and communications

  • Run daily reports to identify accounts requiring servicing or follow-up

  • Process customer payments in-office and over the phone

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Strong customer service and people skills

  • Professional written and verbal communication abilities

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to complete daily tasks independently

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
