ACF Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. is a locally owned, family-run independent insurance agency established in 1991. We proudly serve our community from two locations—our Raleigh office and our newly renovated Fuquay-Varina office, conveniently located near the new Target Shopping Center.

Our Fuquay-Varina location also features a unique antique and collectibles store on the lower level, adding to the charm and character of our workplace.

Job Description

The Property & Casualty Agent at ACF Insurance will assist both new and existing clients with personal lines insurance policies, while also supporting the servicing of commercial accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and growing their insurance knowledge in both personal and commercial lines.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects
Quote, bind, and issue insurance policies with a focus on best coverage and pricing
Process changes, endorsements, and renewals for personal lines policies
Assist with servicing commercial accounts and learn agency commercial markets
Run and review daily reports to identify servicing needs
Provide general office and clerical support as needed

Qualifications

Active North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License
Strong customer service and people skills
Professional written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage daily tasks efficiently
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a team

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
