Job Description
To provide accounting support and performing accounting and clerical functions within the
company. This position will interact with all departments and branches within the company.
Responsibilities
- Posting Customer Payments
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in various systems
- Basic Accounting entries
- Reconciliations
- Problem solving / Troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) is a must.
- A working knowledge of basic accounting.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must work well independently and as a team player.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
