WE WANT
Wells Insurance is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and computer-proficient Client Advisor for their Commercial Insurance division, located in Wilmington, NC. Most important to us is that you are a solid team member who can facilitate positive and productive client experiences.

Job Requirements:
  • Valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Three plus (3+) years’ experience in commercial insurance and/or commercial insurance marketing
  • Sales Experience
  • Possess above average computer proficiency and the ability to work on multiple screens and be proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience using Agency Management System
  • Must have exceptional time management skills and be organized and detail-oriented
  • Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualities:
  • Underwriting and/or Risk Management experience
  • CISR, CRM, CIC designation (s)
  • Possess a college degree
  • Positive and dynamic team player
  • Embraces change and is flexible!
