WE WANT
Wells Insurance is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and computer-proficient Client Advisor for their Commercial Insurance division, located in Wilmington, NC. Most important to us is that you are a solid team member who can facilitate positive and productive client experiences.
Job Requirements:
- Valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
- Three plus (3+) years’ experience in commercial insurance and/or commercial insurance marketing
- Sales Experience
- Possess above average computer proficiency and the ability to work on multiple screens and be proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience using Agency Management System
- Must have exceptional time management skills and be organized and detail-oriented
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualities:
- Underwriting and/or Risk Management experience
- CISR, CRM, CIC designation (s)
- Possess a college degree
- Positive and dynamic team player
- Embraces change and is flexible!
